Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your Mr Izzy Crystals purchase, you may make a return or exchange within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date, under the following guidelines:

  • Make sure to return item within 7 days of confirmed delivery date. Post marked appropriate time. 

  • Items are in original condition

  • Crystals are NOT broken or damaged

  • All packaging materials are included

  • All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE.

We suggest to use a shipping service with appropriate tracking. We are not responsible for lost items. 

 

Non-returnable items:

Sale Items (unless damaged or defective upon delivery arrival)

 

Refunds (if applicable)

All packages are insured for the amount paid. If your package arrives with a broken crystal, please e-mail us immediately with photos of the broken pieces and photos of the shipping box and packaging. An insurance claim will be filed for you to receive a refund only if photos are e-mailed immediately.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this depends on your credit card or banking institution) 

 

Sale items:

All SALE items are FINAL. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged while in transit. Full priced items purchased with a promo code are not considered sale items.

 Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery arrival.  If you need to exchange it for a similar/same item, send us an email at israelguzmanhair@gmail.com
